My name is Scott Hunt and I live on the Central Coast of NSW at North Avoca, just near Terrigal. I learnt to dive with Terrigal Dive Centre in 2006 and I have been keenly exploring the area ever since.

In the early days of my diving, being based in Canberra at the time, I was diving the South Coast of NSW with the ANU Scuba Club (ANUSC) as well as the Central Coast with Terrigal Underwater Group (TUG). I moved from Canberra to North Avoca in 2009.

I was attracted to club diving early on as a fantastic way to share information and learn from people who did not have a commercial interest in my diving. I was originally frustrated in my attempts to learn more about the dive sites around Terrigal until I joined TUG. I dived with TUG when ever visiting my family on the Central Coast and now I am a full time resident of the coast.

Whilst still an extremely active member and dive convener for both TUG and the ANUSC, in 2011 I purchased my own boat to further my dive exploration interests.
